Now, some gateways have closed the cash withdrawal, and some gateways only allow users of their own gateways to withdraw cash. We deeply regret these practices.

We encourage all gateways to fully open withdrawal, which is the real meaning of the Liquid project, which is what we have always suggested that all gateways should do.

To this end, we will set up a reward fund with a total amount of 5 million LQD, and encourage all gateways to fully open withdrawal. Within 30 days, all gateways that open withdrawal will share the reward of 5 million LQD equally after submitting the reward application and passing our review (3 months after the application for open withdrawal, the assessment will be conducted). Once it is open, the withdrawal rules cannot be changed at will. Liquidcn is a good example, which has been fully open for cash withdrawal.

We no longer want more bad gateways to appear, which is a harm to users and liquid projects. We will release the latest gateway improvement rules in the near future to avoid the appearance of bad gateways in the future. It is hoped that all gateways will be responsible for themselves and users, and create a good ecosystem together.
