Liquid is an open system, like ethereum, anyone can issue asset, but none of these asset have any relationship with us. Only contact gateways can solve problem.

Gateways are independent, Who issue who must be responsible for the issued assets. We can’t control gateways, the money are in their hands, gateways must be responsible for themselves.

We suggest that users should choose reliable gateways to use. Users unable to withdraw please contact the gateway directly to deal with the problem. In addition, we warn those gateways that cannot be cashed out, please be responsible for your users and solve the problem immediately!
